Entry requirements:

The programme is designed for fresh graduates from Technical Universities who have a strong aspiration and drive for international career growth in one of the world’s leading building materials companies.

Our participants need to be both nationally and internationally mobile; therefore, a proficient level of English is necessary, in part for completing assignments within the programme structure.

Interest in one of the core areas of Production, Maintenance, Mining, Quality and Environment is critical, because that’s the daily life of the participants of our programme. Availability of entry positions depends on the current offer of each plant.
